Yes! Every piece arrives in our signature jewelry box, with a soft pouch, polishing cloth, alcohol wipe, and a thoughtful gift card.
It’s ready to gift — or quietly keep for yourself.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

After this window, we may not be able to modify your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

- Store pieces in their provided pouch or box when not in use
- Use the included polishing cloth to gently clean

- Earrings, custom-made, engraved, and limited-edition pieces are final sale.
- Please return items in unworn condition with all original packaging.
- For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
