✧ When Will My Order Arrive?
We prepare each order with great care. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and may take up to 7 business days during busy periods.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.
- North America & Europe: approx. 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Asia-Pacific: approx. 5–12 business days
- Other regions: approx. 10–20 business days
✧ Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD (after discounts).
- Special First Order Perk: Your first order automatically receives free shipping, no minimum purchase required — a welcome gift from us.
For orders under $99 after the first purchase, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Express shipping is available to most destinations. Please note express carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

✧ Customs, Taxes & International Orders
Our prices include taxes and duties for customers in most countries.
However, some shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
If customs fees are refused and the package is returned or discarded, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Please check with your local customs office for details on import regulations before placing your order.
✧ Pre-Orders & Handmade Pieces
For pre-order or made-to-order designs, please refer to the product page for estimated ship dates.
We do not recommend choosing express shipping for pre-orders.
✧ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We carefully pack each parcel to ensure safe delivery. However, once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address before checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
✧ One Address Per Order
At this time, we ship to one address per order. If you’re sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.
