Solis Return & Care Policy

At Solis, every piece is carefully packed in our signature velvet jewelry box, accompanied by a silver polishing cloth, alcohol wipe, and thoughtful surprises — from fragrance sachets to hair accessories, silk scarves, or travel jewelry pouches — all selected according to your order value.
We hope you’ll love your piece as much as we loved preparing it for you.


1. Returns

We accept returns within:

  • EU / UK customers – 14 days from the date you receive your order (in compliance with EU consumer rights).
  • US / Canada customers – 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Simply reach out to our customer service before sending your return — we’ll guide you through the process so it’s smooth and stress-free.


2. Conditions

To make sure every Solis piece arrives in perfect condition for you and for future customers, we kindly ask that returns meet these conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Please include all original packaging and accessories: velvet jewelry box, silver cloth, alcohol wipe, and any complimentary gifts.
  • Missing or damaged packaging/components may result in a partial refund to cover replacement costs.
  • Earrings, custom-made pieces, engraved designs, and limited edition items (1–2 pieces only) are final sale and non-returnable — for reasons of hygiene and exclusivity.
  • All returned items will be carefully inspected to ensure fairness and consistency.

3. Exchanges

Because international shipping can take time, we don’t recommend exchanges.
If you’d like to change your piece, the easiest way is to return it for a refund and place a new order — this way, you get the exact piece you love without waiting too long.


4. Shipping & Handling Time

As a small independent studio, each order is packed with extra care. Most pieces are prepared and shipped within 3 days, but during busy times or for special requests, it may take up to 7 days.
We set this window to give ourselves the space to make sure every detail is right before your jewelry leaves our studio.


5. Return Shipping

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us.

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost — or arrange a replacement/refund right away, whichever is easier for you.
  • If you simply change your mind, or wish to return for personal reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We kindly ask that returns are sent using a trackable method, so we can ensure your piece arrives back safely.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we’ve received and approved the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
