At Solis, every piece is personally curated, crafted, and packed with love by me. To make sure you enjoy your jewelry with peace of mind, we offer the following return policy:


1. Easy Returns

  • US / Canada / EU / UK customers: You have 14 days from delivery to return your item if it’s not quite right.
  • Simply contact our customer service — we’ll guide you through a simple, stress-free return process.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure every Solis piece is cherished, please follow these conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and gifts (velvet jewelry box, polishing cloth, alcohol wipe, and any complimentary items).
  • Custom, engraved, or limited-edition pieces (1–2 units) are final sale.

We want every return to be easy and stress-free, so you can shop with confidence and enjoy your jewelry.


3. Exchanges

Because international shipping can take time, we recommend return for refund + place a new order for exchanges — this ensures you get exactly what you love without waiting.


4. Shipping & Refunds

  • Most orders ship within 3–7 days, carefully prepared by hand.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

As a small independent studio, I personally curate, craft, and pack every piece, and also handle customer service and social channels myself. We offer 14 days — enough time to enjoy your piece while allowing me to maintain the care and attention each order deserves.
